The back story
Cariad Travel was founded in 2025 by me, Sarah — the realisation of a dream I’ve carried for decades. Travel has always been my passion, and over the years I’ve built a career rooted in the organising, caring and helping people get where they need to be.
After qualifying in business administration in the late 90’s I have gained experience within both public and private sectors, organising both international travel and UK events for teams in a wide range of professional fields. In the 10’s, I took an overseas opportunity that led me to live and work in Asia for four years. There, I managed visas and relocations for employees, and in my spare time I planned unforgettable overland adventures for visiting friends and family — experiences that deepened my love for helping others explore the world.
At the end of 2025, I made the decision to leave the NHS and dedicate myself fully to combining my passion for travel with my long-standing experience in assistance and coordination. And that’s how Cariad Travel began.
Based near Llangollen in beautiful North Wales, I’m proud to already be supporting clients from across the UK. Cariad Travel is built on care, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make every journey smooth, personal, and memorable.
